I was born in CHANIA 9-10-1996 where I grew up. I always considered myself lucky to know what I wanted to do in my life from a young age. Cooking for me was my dream. I confirmed my desire by working as an assistant in various restaurants in Chania for almost 5 years. I continued my training at Etoile by Les Chefs in Athens. My school provided the necessary knowledge and basics in an organized environment with important infrastructure and capabilities. The practice of school in ATHENS and CHANIA gave me the opportunity to get in touch with the real dimension of work and become a chef. At the same time, I attended food styling classes, a specialization that helped me a great deal in my later career and in the restaurant business in Greece and in practicing the secrets of raw materials. My family’s decision to open our own restaurant and take over at a young age as a responsible chef meant hard work and many hours of work !!!
